Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of AusCorp Vault ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent salary benchmarking and company directory platform for Australian corporate professionals. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your submissions

When you submit information (for example a salary report or workplace feedback) you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. Do not submit confidential information, anything that identifies another person, or content you are not allowed to disclose. You grant us a licence to use your submission to produce and publish aggregated, anonymised statistics. We never publish individual responses. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect your data.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

AusCorp Vault is provided for general information only. Benchmarks, company profiles, ratings and other content are indicative and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. They are not financial, career, legal or professional advice, and you should not rely on them as your only source when making decisions. You use the service at your own risk.

4. Independence, names and logos

AusCorp Vault is an independent platform. Company profiles are maintained independently unless a profile is clearly marked as employer claimed or employer supplied. All company names, logos and trade marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on AusCorp Vault to identify the employer being profiled. Use of a name or logo does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by that employer unless we expressly state otherwise.

5. Moderation

We may edit, suppress, reject or remove any submission or content that we consider misleading, unlawful, defamatory, identifying of an individual, promotional beyond an agreed module, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service. Employer supplied content is reviewed before it appears, and employers cannot alter independent community data, ratings or editorial commentary.

6. Corrections and takedown

If you believe something is inaccurate, or you have a concern about a company name, logo or other content, you can ask us to review it. Use the "Report an issue" link on a company profile or email us at hello@auscorpvault.com. We will review reasonable requests and correct or remove content where appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time, and the "last updated" date above will change when we do. For any questions about these terms, contact us at hello@auscorpvault.com.
